Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy:

We are always dedicated to accommodating our clients with excellent service and flexibility for our appointments, so you can reschedule with us anytime!

When cancelling an appointment, cancellation must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

The customer accepts responsibility to receive cancellation notice, with confirmation for the time, and date of the cancellation. If cancelling beyond ordinary service hours, just leave a detailed message that includes your name, the address registered for the appointment, and the time of the appointment.

When you are cancelling same day appointments, we are flexible. There is a minimum cancellation time of 4 hours before the scheduled same day appointment. If you do not observe these measured to cancel your appointment with appropriate notice, please understand that the service call fee ($90+ HST) will be charged.
